As a lay in my bed last night embracing the solitude
Music playing in the background as thoughts flood in
A tune takes me back in time and my throat dries
Before I can plan a counter attack, I am deep into it
Left breathless and vulnerable in my very home
I realize what power those musical words hold…

Music really affects mood, very much, I have really cut down down listening to it, slowly and gradually.

I was searching today looking for new blogs. Your post popped up. I like how you expressed yourself because the music I play is what you’re writing about. I’m a keyboardist. You’d see on my blog that I’m writing a book and I’m recording the music for it like a soundtrack. I call it dream music. Beautiful piano improv. Emotions. Stories without words. Many of my posts at My Name is Jamie have recordings. I haven’t yet seen any of your other posts yet, but I will.
