My Womanly Glow

They made the big reveal 20 years ago
My real identity crushed and let go

I was too young to even know
What it means by a piece of flesh below

Shades of blue fell on me like snow
But pink was my destiny that I couldn’t throw

“You’ll get over it when you grow”
How can my true colors cease to show?

Time will come perhaps but slow
I’ll still be a woman in all my glow

I’m glad. I am not very good at promotion, so the site is kind of tucked away, as am i.. but I am glad it reaches who it does and that it resonates with some 🙂 Cheers.
