I was born underweight and pale. My grandma said, “Not healthy enough!”
I crawled around the house with sunken cheeks and short hair. My uncle said, “Not cute enough!”
I went to school with a borrowed bag. My cousin said, “Not rich enough!”
I scored B’s in my tests. My teacher said, “Not smart enough!”
I entered teenage with puberty lagging behind. My peers said, “Not old enough!”
I went to college in my tees and sneakers. My pals said, “Not girly enough!”
I approached the guy I liked. He said, “Not pretty enough!”
I wanted to live life like an average woman. The world said, “You are not enough, never enough!”
Deep ❤️. I feel yaa 🤍

Such a heart felt post. I struggled for years with the voices of others telling me who I was not until I recognized we are all made in the image of God; we are all beautifully made by our creator.

I feel bad when I come across someone who has gone through this and felt that they were not enough. I wish you have a happy and content life ahead ♥️

Always remember, you ARE enough, no matter what anyone has told you, or inferred.

Sad, but sometimes that’s the message we get.
