For years you build a dream, just one
Slowly with each piece it rises tall
Then one day it falls flat in a pile
Burning a hole in our heart, it flames
There is a deathly pallor on your face
Blood sucked out, leaving you pale
Ever been there? Know what it feels?
There is hollow in you, a void that will stay!
I’ve been there a couple of times but I’ve found a way of dealing with it. Imagine being in your 80’s r 90’s. What would life be to you at that point?..will you be full of regrets because you never tried or gave up?..What would the elderly you tell your young you? He or she would say, we failed or we took our chances..So for that reason I always imagine my elderly me telling my young me to never give up and to always take my chances.

People who fall flat shouldn’t remain there. You have miles to go before you sleep.
