“Life is so monotonous”, she began cribbing “From office to home, home to office, that’s my entire life”. True, there was a need for excitement but what to do? One morning she woke up too disappointed with her dreary life that skipping office for a day to ‘have fun’ seemed natural. But only if she knew!
The day went in a blur with tossing in the bed, watching TV, eating noodles and practically doing nothing! As she lay in bed at night reflecting at how failed she is at having fun, a thought strikes her. That night she had the best undisturbed sleep ever only to wake up as a new person altogether in the same body!
Her sudden interest in the mundane tasks was surprising; she even took extra time to get ready this morning. She was indeed a changed person, happier and content! Her first step in the office was met by “Oh you look so radiant today, have you fallen in love?” and she nodded…it was true love! She had fallen in love with her life, the same old life but the difference was in her attitude towards it. Life was good and she realized it, TIMELY!
