When Your Wings…

on

As the azure sky calls out to me
I spread my wings to their full glory
They flutter and they stretch in grace
Ready for their journey to the far unknown

The mystery of the unfathomable pulls me
I bend forward for my flight… but stop midway
They ask me why? They call me crazy and timid
What do you do when your wings are burdened?
