My Unwanted Love

Today when I sit down to write, my thoughts are clouded.
There’s a blur in my mind with endless conversations flooded
In memories you are safe and sound, away from the real life
That is now contaminated with our painful illogical strife

I was in the wrong I know but you were not right either
It pains to be separated but ready to forgive was neither
My love for you is pure unlike the insults you hauled at me
I cried my eyes out to you repeating the same old plea

I loved you then, I love you now
I will love you till the end anyhow!
